SD Pop Up Mini Golf was founded by Tristan McCoy, an educator and coach with a love to build, and whose wife and two sons love playing Mini-Golf.

Inspired by his friend and partner, Cass Olson (who founded LA Pop Up Mini Golf), Tristan decided to bring the concept of custom making mini-golf courses to life here in San Diego in 2023. And as a life-long resident of San Diego, his love for America’s Finest City sparked the idea of turning San Diego landmarks into fun obstacles! He has built over 30 so far - and planning to add more to the repertoire!

Driven by a love to create, build and serve others, the SD Pop Up Mini-Golf team has created a unique experience that has brought smiles to people at over 250 events so far here in San Diego. And this is just the beginning…
